OUR TERMS
CAMPING TRAILER RENTAL AGREEMENT
This is a contract for the temporary use of the trailer at the rental location you noted below. The rental rate is $125.00 per night with a three night minimum or $ 825.00 per week on your reserved campsite. This contract does not provide you or any other party with the right to tow or otherwise move the trailer from the rental location. Reservations are made by contacting 410-251-1537 or 443-497-2858. Availability of the campers that we have can be seen on our website shorelifervrentals.com . Price includes taking camper to your reserved campsite, setting it up and bringing it back to our facility after check out. A $30.00 sanitation fee will apply if a non full hookup site is selected. Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
CAMPGROUND RESERVATIONS
We are not responsible for campground reservations. All campground reservations must be made separately with the campgrounds reservation agency. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors.
OCCUPANCY
Single Family ONLY, no large groups, no multi-family. Maximum occupancy is 4-6 people (4 adults max) depending on camper rented. Exceeding the occupancy rate will result in the forfeiture of the entire Security Deposit. Subleasing is not permitted.
RESERVATION PAYMENT / SECURITY DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment for rental may be made by cash, cashiers check, debit card, credit card with either the Visa or MasterCard logo using PayPal. It is not required to have a PayPal account to use this form of payment. A Security/Damage Deposit of $125.00 will be collected at time of reservation. Total rental amount is due one week prior to check in. Visa, MasterCard using PayPal will be accepted.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in will forfeit security/damage deposit and you will be charged 1-7 nights rental depending on length of stay. This will be at our discretion.
INVENTORY ITEMS
The trailer is stocked with kitchen cookware, cooking utensils, serving bowls, coffee cups, drink ware and eating utensils. Sheets, pillows and bath towels will be available. You will need to bring your own blankets. A limited amount of cleaning supplies will be stocked in camper. The camper must be returned in the condition it was found in. The camper must be clean prior to check out (dishes washed, dried and put away, trash removed, floors swept and countertops wiped down). Loss of any item will be deducted from your security deposit.
APPLIANCES
Trailer is equipped with A/C & Heat, Microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer, Stove/Oven, Toaster, Coffee Maker Radio and Water Heater (Please turn OFF hot water heater when not in use)
NO SMOKING, NO PETS
Evidence of smoking or pets will result in the forfeiture of the entire Security/damage Deposit.
RENTER DAMAGE
If the trailer and/or contents inside or outside the trailer, retractable awning included, at the time of delivery orientation are damaged during your rental period, you are responsible to pay all damage costs whether you were at fault of not or, if damage was caused by acts of nature (wind, rain, flood etc.) If awning is damaged due to Renter leaving it extended while away from trailer YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE.
If an accident occurs, you are responsible for obtaining a police report, contacting the other party's insurance company and contacting us immediately at 410-251-1537 or 443-497-2858.
EARLY DEPARTURES
There will be NO refunds for early departures.
WATER USAGE
The travel trailer is equipped with a gray water holding tank that collects water from the shower and sinks. The black water holding tank collects water from the toilet. If staying in a site without full hookups, use water sparingly so as not to exceed the tanks holding capacity. We suggest using the shower facilities in the park. An additional $30 fee will be assessed if the waste water tanks need to be emptied during your stay or if the tanks are emptied on the ground.
WATER HEATER
Please turn on water heater before using and turn off when finished using.
CHECK IN, CHECK OUT TIMES
Check-In Time is 2:00 to 5:00pm (Per Campground policy) Check-Out Time is 9:00. We will be picking up camper on day of check out at 9:00 AM.
